Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. As long as product is in its unopened (still sealed) original package.

Damaged products must be reported within 5 days of delivery for a full return/refund or replacement. Whether we decide to fix, send parts, return or replace is at our discretion.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Funds will be returned or product exchanged, if applicable after the product is received and inspected.

Opened products May be returned within 30 days of delivery and  are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Must be in new working order and not installed.

Within 24 Hrs of your order you will receive a call from an installation tech to go over your order and shipping requirements. During this time you may add or remove items from your order and price adjusted. We will review your items to make sure they are compatible, You may request installation services, or ask questions etc.
